We offer a 30 day return policy.
Products can be refunded or exchanged if item is returned within 30 days of receipt in as-new condition. We will exchange products up to 60 days after receipt only if returned unused and undamaged with proof of purchase.

We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging. We are only able to accept products that are in as-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.
The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund.
The Home Decor Lounge reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
Clearance items and items that are advertised as final sale items are non-returnable.
If you want to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. As long as you cancel your order before it has left our warehouse, you will receive a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Free Shipping on standard delivery orders over $99 in the contiguous U.S.. Most orders are processed and shipped in 2-4 days. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number for delivery time. Courier deliveries do not require a signature upon delivery and your package will be left on your doorstep if you are not available to receive it.

Larger items and furniture will be delivered to the outside of your home or building. Threshold delivery service, which would be delivery to first dry area,is also available at checkout for a flat rate of $75.
White Glove Delivery, which includes inside delivery, room of choice and packaging removal,is available for the contiguous US deliveries ONLY. Please contact us for quote.
For all shipments, clients will be responsible for any applicable import and custom duties.
In-stock furniture typically delivers in less than two weeks of ordering. If there are any changes.
Leading up to the delivery day, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order. Be sure to carefully measure your door frames and hallways to determine the best path for your new furniture. If we are unable to get your furniture into your home, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. Upon arrival, our delivery partners will arrange your package in accordance with your selected shipping option. Make sure that all boxes are in good condition, if there's any damage to the box please open the box prior to signing and if you see any damage pleasenotatethis on the receipt. If there's no damage to the box you have 48 hours to fully inspect the item. After 48 hours there are no damage exchanges available.
In the event that you need to return your article, the original packaging is required to avoid a repackaging fee.
