Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy.

Products can be refunded or exchanged if item is returned within 30 days of receipt in as-new condition. We will exchange products up to 60 days after receipt only if returned unused and undamaged with proof of purchase.

To start your return process, get in touch with our team at They will set you up with everything you need for the return. We ask that you place your returned item in its original packaging. We are only able to accept products that are in as-new condition. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or other modifications cannot be returned.

The returned item will be inspected within 72 hours of arriving at our warehouse. Once we've determined it is in as-new condition, our team will process your return and issue a refund.

The Home Decor Lounge reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.

Clearance items and items that are advertised as final sale items are non-returnable.

If you want to cancel an order, you must notify us by email at As long as you cancel your order before it has left our warehouse, you will receive a refund.

All order cancellation requests are subject to approval.

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale items 

All clearance items are Final Sales and can not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Products

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
